LOS ANGELES, Apr 15 (UPI) -- Charlie Sheen's professional insists the harassed Hollywood person has been speech to filmmaker Bros. most backward to his sitcom "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen, who was fired from the show because of his erratic activity and substance abuse, is suing its producers for $100 meg for questionable breach of contract.

The actor's attorney, Marty Singer, told TMZ Thursday the studio's allegations that there were "no discussions" most Sheen effort his job back are "absolutely false."

"There hit been discussions as late as Tuesday, and every parties hit been involved -- filmmaker Bros., CBS, [series creator] Chuck histrion and Charlie Sheen," Singer told TMZ. "Charlie Sheen was recently approached by a third band to resolve this matter. ... Charlie did not lie most the discussions. There were discussions."

TMZ publicised a letter Thursday from filmmaker Bros. to Singer, claiming Sheen's statements during a radio interview that he is in talks to convey to the show are false.

"As you know, there hit been no discussions, there are no discussions and there will be no discussions, regarding his backward to or having some status with the series," the filmmaker Bros. letter said.
