LOS ANGELES, Apr 22 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles determine weekday reduced actress Lindsay Lohan's thieving calculate from a felony to a misdemeanor.
TMZ said Judge Stephanie Sautner also ruled Lohan desecrated her probation in a 2007 driving-under-the-influence housing by allegedly stealing a necklace.
The penalisation for the probation ravishment is to be determined after a verdict is announced in the trial, the entertainment programme Web site said.
