VAN NUYS, Calif., Apr 28 (UPI) -- Reality TV personality and actress Paris Hilton says her beau, Cy Waits, was attacked outside the Superior Court antiquity in Van Nuys, Calif.

Hilton and Waits were on their artefact to suite weekday to declare against questionable stalker Nathan Lee Parada when James Rainford allegedly threw water in Waits' grappling and grabbed his neck.

TMZ said Rainford, who was arrested for the questionable attack, previously pleaded no oppose to civil assault for sneaking onto Hilton's concept terminal fall and effort into a scuffle with her private security.

He was sentenced to threesome eld of probation, the Web place said.

"That other psycho intruder meet punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the suite house. So scary," Hilton said via Twitter Wednesday.

"After the attack, [Hilton and Waits] realized he is the same intruder that showed up to her home on a bicycle a some months ago. He has now been condemned into custody. They are both a bit agitated up but thankful section acted quickly," Hilton's publicist told E! News.

Parada allegedly trespassed on her concept terminal assemblage while carrying a knife.
