Prince's property won't be auctioned off

MINNEAPOLIS, Apr 23 (UPI) -- A 20-acre apportionment of realty that belongs to Prince will not be auctioned soured because the imbibe grapheme paying the unpaid mortgage, officials in Minnesota said.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. regular the land's May 13 open sell with the phytologist County Sheriff's Office after the concept lapse into foreclosure. However, the sale has since been called soured because the $368,000 mortgage bill was satisfied, the (Minneapolis) Star Tribune reportable Friday.

Prince once has a bag on the concept in Chanhassen, but it was destroyed in 2005.

The realty is valued at $1.15 million, the production said.
