Kennedy, Branagh to tape poetry clips

LOS ANGELES, April 21 (UPI) -- Carolingian Kennedy, Kenneth Branagh and Vanessa Williams are to read genre for newborn installments of U.S. television's "A Poem Is ..." series.

Disney Junior declared the celebrities' status Thursday.

Their appearances are to air next hebdomad in honor of National Poetry Month.

"Caroline Kennedy, Kenneth Branagh and Vanessa Williams support inform young children to the example of a poem, reciting entireness by A.A. Milne, Sara Coleridge, Eliza Lee Follen and Ann and Jane Taylor, in newborn installments of filmmaker Junior's short-form program 'A Poem Is …' April 25-29," the cable meshwork said.

Previously declared as genre readers for the program are Jennifer Garner, Katie Holmes, Whoopi cartoonist and king Molina.

"Poetry fuels the creativity of everyone who reads. For a child, it opens a newborn world of brainstorm and always sparks talking for interpretation. What a great way to learn, memorize and share," Williams said in a statement.
