LOS ANGELES, Apr 7 (UPI) -- Dr. Conrad Murray's accumulation lawyer says Michael politician was overwhelmed with business problems when he administered a fatal pane of anaesthesia to himself.

Murray is awaiting effort on an involuntary manslaughter charge in the 50-year-old imbibe star's 2009 death.

An autopsy found fatal levels of the anaesthesia propofol and sedatives in Jackson's system.

Murray, a cardiologist, is accused of administering the drugs in the singer's home.

However, CNN said Murray's accumulation attorney, Ed Chernoff, claimed Wednesday politician was frustrated because he couldn't rest and took the fatal pane of propofol himself when philologue wasn't watching.

Chernoff prefabricated the remarks patch arguing why he needs clannish business and scrutiny information about politician to prove in court he was "a fearless Negro in many respects."

"Jackson did a fearless behave and took fearless measures that caused his own death," Chernoff said. "Therefore, his emotional, fleshly and business condition are relevant to show his state of nous when he did this act."
