Standing in Museum of the Moving Image's set aggregation Behind the Screen, enclosed by Star Wars and Star Trek state figures, Mike Drake, Mezco's Director of Special Projects, "handed off" several valuable items from the newborn flick The Green Hornet to Dr. Barbara Miller, the Museum's Collection Curator. The donated items allow two prototypes state figures of the newborn film's stars; the Green Hornet and Kato.

Mezco has produced 1/6th scale figures, and the example prototypes have been donated to the Museum. The towering 12-inch-scale figures feature film-accurate detail, numerous points of articulation, and actual cloth components. The Green Hornet amount comes rank with his trademark "gas gun" and reciprocal hands. Kato comes with reciprocal safekeeping and a film-accurate firearm.
