The 83rd Annual Academy Awards have become and gone, but Turner Classic Movies continues its occasion of time winners with "31 Days of Oscar" finished March 3. Here is the schedule of films for Tuesday, March 1.

Pick of the day: Another enthusiastic schedule makes it hornlike to choose, but "All About Eve" (1950) is the powerhouse of the bunch. Directed by carpenter L. Mankiewicz, the flick won sextet Oscars at the 1951 awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. It attained another octad nominations, including nods for nearly every actress in the cast, with Bette solon and Anne Baxter both up for Best Actress and Celeste Holm and Thelma Ritter competing against each another for Best Supporting Actress.
