MC Lars breaks away from the nerdcore music that he helped originator since the late 90's with a track from his 2009 promulgation This Gigantic Robot Kills called "Twenty-Three." The strain was enclosed about a college friend who sworn suicide in 2006 and features Amie Miriello. Last assemblage a digital EP for the strain was released and featured a consort podcast piece where Lars talks about the story behindhand the song. A recording for it can also be institute on YouTube and is highly recommended to watch in addition to the video. Companion pieces or commentaries as such aren't anything newborn of course; just analyse the latest rerelease of your selection movie on DVD. However, this consort piece is digit of the prizewinning I hit ever seen and heard. Both the (video) podcast and the strain are very real, open and really provide whatever great insight behindhand a very solidified tune. I've listened to this strain mountain of nowadays already but after feat backwards for a listen after watching Lars' discussing the making of it, I actually shed a few tears. He does good by effort the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention (AFSP) involved.
