Vampire Diaries producer signs on for L.J. Smith's The Secret Circle

February 8, 2011 - The chief shaper and writer for the CW's The Vampire Diaries, Kevin Wiliamson, has signed on to display and write The Secret Circle, which is a program based on the books by L.J.Smith.

The Secret Circle novels, which are cursive by the aforementioned communicator who writes The Vampire Diaries books, are centralised around a Calif. woman who moves to her mom's hometown of New Salem. The teenaged soon finds out that she is a witch, as are most half of the students at her newborn school.

With the success of Williamson's Vampire Diaries, it is nearly a given that The Secret Circle will be substantially received. It's similar in nature to TVD and it also focuses on supernatural beings and events.

If he follows the aforementioned writing quality and casts the right characters, The Secret Circle should do rattling substantially on the CW Network. The program is slated to start airing in the start as soon as the CW greenlights it.
