Corey Haim snubbed from 2011 Oscar Memorandum montage: Mother hurt

One instance teen idol, Corey Haim, who passed absent on March 10, 2010 at geezerhood 38 was someways unnoticed at the 2011 Oscars in the "In Memorandum" montage. Haim's care was extremely upset!

 

Judy Haim, Corey's Haim's care told People Magazine:

 

"When it was over, I shut the TV soured and was so hurt, and I was desensitize and feeling his pain. This would hit perceive him to the core."  

 

When Haim's care asked the Academy for an explanation, she told People this:

 

"They knew Corey and dispatched condolences, and they explained that 200 (industry people) passed absent in 2010 and it's impracticable to mention them all. And when Haim's care said he paid his dues, she was referring to the fact that Corey Haim was in over 40 films during his career. From The Lost Boys to Lucas, he was a teen hearthrob!

 

E! Online reportable that the Academy prefabricated its own statement,

The Academy dispatched "its understanding and its apologies to those who uncomprehensible sight a favorite face in this year's feature."

 

Corey Haim's care was not satisfied with this response.
