Breaking: Writers Guild Awards-Inception wins for Best Original Screenplay

Tonight, Christopher Nolan, writer for the flick Inception has meet won a Writerâs Guild Award for Best Original Screenplay at the 2011 WGA Awards. This award brings Christopher Nolan a travel fireman to success the desirable accolade at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards on Feb 27th.
In Inception, sculpturer DiCaprio stars as a Negro haunted by the slayer of his wife amid a Byzantine crime wave that goes beyond our most guarded secrets.
Other contenders in this collection were:
- The Fighter:Â Screenplay by histrion Silver, Apostle Tamasy and Eric President & Story by Keith Dorrington, Apostle Tamasy and Eric Johnson
- The Kids are All Right: by Lisa Cholodenko and Stuart Blumberg
- The Kingâs Speech: by king Seidler
- Black Swan: Screenplay by Mark Heyman and Andres Heinz and Evangelist McLaughlin; Story by Andres Heinz
- Please Give: Written by Nicole Holofcener
Christopher Nolan has also won awards for his screenplay of Inception from:
- Central Ohio Film Critics Association
- Chicago Film Critics Association Awards
- Kansas City Film Critics Circle Awards
- Online Film Critics Society Awards
- Phoenix Film Critics Society Awards
- Washington DC Area Film Critics Association Awards
The Writers Guild Awards were held simultaneously at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel-Grand Ballroom in Los Angeles and the AXA Equitable Center in New York City.
